Terms of Service

1. The parties

These terms govern your purchase from Xi'an Fuxi E-Commerce Co., Ltd., No. 27, Juxian Road, Huaxu Town, Lantian County, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China (registration no. 91610122MADH00TE52), operator of Real Wok Recipes ("we", "us"). "You" means the person placing the order.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: collections of Chinese recipes delivered as downloadable files and/or issued download links. No physical item is shipped and therefore no shipping cost or delivery delay applies.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency selected on site and are inclusive of any tax display required by law.
• Every payment on this website is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle is the seller named on your card or bank statement, collects payment on our behalf, and handles any applicable sales tax, VAT or withholding.
• All amounts must be received in full before access to the files is granted. We do not accept any payment outside the checkout on this website, and we will never ask you to send money by other means such as a wire, a cheque or a messaging app.
• Your order number appears on the checkout confirmation and in your receipt email. Please quote it if you contact us about an order.

4. Delivery

Once Paddle confirms your payment, your files become available immediately in the download area of this site, and a download link is sent to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder.

5. Licence and permitted use

Buying a recipe collection grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

• download and keep copies for your own use, including printing recipes for use in your own kitchen;
• store copies on your personal devices;
• if you bought a commercial licence, use the recipes in your own food business.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, publish or share the files, in whole or in part, in any medium;
• upload them to file-sharing sites, forums, membership areas or AI training datasets;
• make the files available to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment;
• remove any copyright notice or branding contained in the files.

Unauthorised distribution terminates your licence automatically and may lead to further legal action.

6. Intellectual property

Every recipe collection sold on this website is originally created and authored by us. We are the original creator and sole owner of all recipes, photographs, text, translations, layouts and files that we sell. We do not resell, redistribute or sublicense any third-party product, and we hold no reseller or distribution agreement with any third party. All content is protected by copyright and remains our exclusive property. Purchase transfers ownership of the copy you receive, not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our products are digital content supplied as an instant download, you lose that right once the download starts — provided you gave explicit prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Please read our Refund Policy for the exact terms and for cases where we always refund.

8. Warranty and liability

• We warrant that the files are delivered free of material defects and match the description at the time of purchase.
• We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit, nor for problems caused by your equipment, internet connection or email provider.
• Cooking involves heat, sharp tools and allergens. Recipe steps are provided as guidance; use your own judgement, check every ingredient against your dietary needs and allergies, and supervise children in the kitchen. We accept no liability for injury or damage arising from cooking.
• Nothing in these terms limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance or events beyond our control may temporarily restrict access.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of China. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. We prefer to resolve matters amicably — write to liuronghua0526@outlook.com first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms for future orders where legally permissible. The version published here applies to the order you place.
