Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Real Wok Recipes sells Chinese recipe collections as digital files. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, so there are no shipping fees, no customs delays and no physical delivery address is required.

2. How quickly you get your files

• Paid orders — payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record, and your order is released automatically as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
• Free products — available immediately, no payment step.

3. Where your files are delivered

• On this website — open the download area (My Files) using the same browser, or return with your order number;
• By email — a download link is sent to the address you entered at checkout.

Please double-check your email address before paying, and look in your spam or promotions folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.

4. File formats

Files are supplied in PDF unless the product page states otherwise. PDF files open on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux with free readers such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser’s built-in viewer. No special software or account is needed.

5. Downloads do not expire

Your purchase stays available indefinitely. You can download your files again at any time from the download area, even after changing device. Files already saved to your device remain yours to keep under the licence granted in our Terms of Service.

6. Something went wrong?

• No email after payment — check spam, then write to us and we will resend the link manually.
• Download stops or file will not open — tell us your order number and we will re-issue the file, usually the same day.
• Wrong address entered — contact us and we will update the order record.

7. Availability and access restrictions

Our products can be ordered from anywhere in the world where online payments are supported. Download links are personalised with your order number and are not intended for sharing; please do not publish them publicly.
